Monday Night (May 6) Action

     Cox Automotive scored 12 runs in the sixth inning to rally for a wild 17-15 win over Appliance Specialists in a Reidsville Parks & Recreation Department men’s softball game Monday at Jaycee Park.

     In other games, D&D Grading edged Loye’s Grading & Hauling 18-15, Don Carver Softball whipped Piedmont Fabrications 20-5, Reid & Associates downed Diamond Graphix 15-8, and Sports Bar & Grill beat Bill Black/Carolina Farm Credit 17-7.

Appliance Specialists 15

     Jon Estes had three hits to lead Cox Automotive while Bobby Hyler, Ben Strader, Chris Lynn (HR), Lee Johnson, Paul Setliff, and Todd Cravens had two apiece.

     Harry Willard, Tim Gibson (2 HR), and Brad Cook had three hits each for Appliance and Jeremy Peele, Chris Suggs, Jacob Setliff, Ricky Shaps, and Brad Puckett had two apiece.

D&D Grading 18

Loye’s Grading 15

     Daniel Walker (3 HR) had four hits for D&D and Lee Cobb (HR), Eric Dalton, and David Inman had three apiece. Christian Inman, Buster Land, Daniel Inman, and Billy Greer had two each.

     Justin Corum, Clint Lawrence, J.P. Evans, Chris French, Josh Pruitt, and Earl Roberts had two hits each for Loye’s.

    George Pennell and J.T. Walker had three hits each for Don Carver Softball while Tommy Pennell (HR), James Pennell (HR), Wayne Lee (HR), Ritchie Wright, and Chris Bullings (HR) had two apiece.

     Montsio (2 HR) and K.W. Sellars had two hits for Piedmont. Jason Noble and Brandon Poteat homered.

     Justin Brown, Todd Clark (HR), Donnie Perdue, Phil Moore (HR), Rick Brown Josh Norman, and Billy McMillan had two hits each for Reid. Daniel Herman added a home run.

     Dinky Robertson, Jeff Watson, Brian Holt, and Kevin Holt had two hits each for Diamond. Tim Gibson Jr. homered.

Sports Bar & Grill 17

     Bobby Snow (HR) had three hits for Sports Bar & Grill while Blake Willard, Mike Martin, Taylor Jacobs (2 HR), Jack Cannon, Aaron Jones, Jeff Walker (HR), and Jay Willard had two apiece.

Keith Gammon added a homer.

     Tim Pegram had three hits for Bill Black/Carolina Farm Credit and Matt Garner (2 HR) had two hits. Lee Fisher added a home run.

Wednesday and Thursday (April 30-May 1) Action

     Reid & Associates pulled out a 19-16 win over D&D Grading in a Reidsville Parks & Recreation Department men’s softball game Wednesday night at Jaycee Park.

     In other games, Bill Black/Carolina Farm Credit downed Appliance Specialists 26-17, Diamond Graphix whipped Piedmont Fabrications 28-5, Don Carver Softball beat Loye’s Grading & Hauling 23-9, and Sports Bar & Grill downed Cox Automotive 21-11.

     In games from Thursday, Don Carver Softball beat Sports Bar & Grill 22-10, Diamond Graphix knocked off Cox Automotive 17-10, Bill Black/Carolina Farm Credit bested Piedmont Fabrications 21-5, Reid & Associates beat Cox Automotive 21-10, Reid & Associates beat Loye’s Grading & Hauling 18-6, and D&D Grading outscored Appliance Specialists 34-21.

     Donnie Perdue (HR), Todd Clark (HR), and Phil Moore had three hits each for Reid while Matt Jordan, Billy McMillan (HR), Daniel Herman (HR), Billy Watlington, Roger Haizlip (HR), and Rick Brown had two apiece.

     Daniel Inman (2 HR) had four hits for D&D, Christian Inman and Justin Pruitt (HR) had three each and Eric Dalton (HR), Billy Greer, and Robin Moore (HR) had two apiece.

     Tim Pegram and Tim Aheron had four hits each for Bill Black/Carolina Farm Credit and Matt Robertson, Lee Fisher (HR), and Jon Robertson had three apiece. Adding two hits were Ryan Talley (HR) and Matt McGibbony (2 HR).

     Brad Cook had four hits for Appliance Specialists, Jeremy Pill, Tim Gibson, and Chris Clyborn (HR) had three and Robbie Thomas, Harry Willard (HR), and Chris Suggs had two.

     Noel Brooks (HR) and Jeff Watson had four hits each for Diamond, Dinky Robertson, Billy Apple, Chris Lee, and D.J. Loye (2 HR) added three while Brian Holt, Ronnie Roach (HR), and Timmy Harrelson had two.

     George Pennell, Greg Flynt, and Brett Rakestraw had three hits for Carver Softball and Tommy Pennell, James Pennell (HR), Tim McDonald, and Chris Bullins had two apiece.

     Wayne Lee also homered.

     Josh Pruitt had two hits for Loye’s and Johnny Isley homered.

     Keith Gammon (HR) and Aaron Jones had four hits for Sports Bar & Grill, Blake Willard and Mike Martin (2 HR) had three each and Taylor Jacobs (HR), Jack Cannon, Tino Searcy (HR), Jason Fisher, Jay Willard, and John Stewart had two apiece.

     Dean Cook had three hits for Cox and Jon Cheek and Mike Adkins had two each. John Aswell homered.

D&D Grading 34

Appliance Specialists 21

     Zo Cobb (2 HR) had five hits for D&D, Daniel Walker (HR), Justin Pruitt, and Robin Moore had four each and Buster Land (HR) had three. Adding two hits each were Lee Cobb, Eric Dalton, Daniel Inman, Billy Greer, and Alan Dick.

     Rodney Holt added a home run.

     Jeremy Pill, Tim Gibson (HR), Chris Clyborn (HR), and Jacob Setliff had three hits each for Appliance Specialists and Justin Reynolds and Harry Willard had two apiece.

     Todd Clark (HR) and Matt Jordan had three hits for Reid and Terry Thomas (HR), Billy McMillan (2 HR), Billy Watlington, Roger Haizlip, Josh Norman, and Tim Belchar had two. Phil Moore also homered.

     Chris French and Johnny Isley homered for Loye’s.

     Terry Thomas, Daniel Herman (HR), and Rick Brown (2 HR) had three hits for Reid and Matt Jordan, Billy McMillan, Chad Smith (HR), Josh Norman (HR), and Roger Haizlip added two apiece.

     Kenny Paschall, Dean Cook, and Ben Strader (HR0 had two hits each for Cox and Brannon Russell homered.

     Matt Garner (HR) had four hits for Bill Black/Carolina Farm Credit and Anthony Mansfield, Lee Fisher (HR), Timmy Denny, Jon Robertson, and Matt McGibbony had three apiece. Tim Pegram chipped in with two hits.

     Willie Stone and Sammy Willard homered for Piedmont.

     Jeff Watson, Jeff Rumley, Billy Apple (HR), and Daniel Bates (HR) had three hits for Diamond and Tim Gibson Jr. and Kevin Holt had two hits each. Brian Harris added a home run.

     Ben Strader had three hits for Cox and Paul Setliff, Brannon Russell (2 HR), and Chris Lynn (2 HR) had two each.

     J.T. Walker, Tommy Pennell (HR), Tim McDonald, and Ritchie Wright (HR) had three hits each for Don Carver Softball and James Pennell, Greg Flynt (HR), Jody Bullins (2 HR), Chris Bullins, and Derrick Chaney had two apiece.

     Mike Martin (HR) had three hits for Sports Bar & Grill and Blake Willard, Taylor Jacobs (HR), Jack Cannon, Aaron Jones, Tino Searcy, and Jeff Walker (HR) had two apiece. Jason Fisher added a home run.

 

Thursday Night (April 24) Action

     Loye’s Grading and Hauling scored six runs in the sixth inning to pull out a 22-19 win over Appliance Specialists in a Reidsville Parks & Recreation Department men’s softball game Thursday at Jaycee Park.

     In other games, Don Carver Softball beat Diamond Graphix 19-7, Bill Black/Carolina Farm Credit drubbed D&D Grading 20-5, and Sports Bar & Grill whipped Piedmont Fabrications 21-1.

     J.P. Evans had four hits for Loye’s while Earl Roberts, Johnny Isley (2 HR), and T.J. Ashburn had three and Josh Pruitt, Chris French, Mike Bailey, Alex McCollum, Josh Lewis, and Tommy Ashburn had two apiece.

     Harry Willard had four hits for Appliance Specialists and Tim Gibson (HR) and Brad Cook (HR) had three each. Adding two apiece were Jeremy Pill, Jacob Setliff, Chris Clyborn, Paul Miller, and Chris Miller.

     J.T. Walker, James Pennell, Tim McDonald, and Wayne Lee (HR) had three hits each for Don Carver Softball and Tommy Pennell (HR), Josh Balough (HR),  Jody Bullins (2 HR), and Derrick Channey had two.

     Dinky Robertson had three hits for Diamond and Daniel Bates, Aaron Klipstine, and Brian Harris had two. Noel Brooks added a home run.

     Matt Garner had four hits for Bill Black/Carolina Farm and Lee Fisher (2 HR), Matt McGibonny (2 HR), and Tim Pegram had three. Adding two each were Ryan Talley, Tim Aheron, Anthony Mansfield (HR), and Jon Robertson.

     Robin Moore had two hits for D&D and Lee Cobb homered.

     Blake Willard and Jason Fisher (HR) had three hits for Sports Bar & Grill and Keith Gammon (HR), Taylor Jacobs (HR), Jeff Crisp, Aaron Jones, Jay Willard, and Mike Martin (HR) had two each.

 

Wednesday Night (April 23) Action

     Don Carver Softball scored 17 runs in the first inning en route to a 27-17 win over D&D Grading in a Reidsville Parks & Recreation Department men’s softball game Wednesday night at Jaycee Park.

     In other games, Diamond Graphix beat Appliance Specialists 25-12, Loye’s Grading & Hauling downed Piedmont Fabrications 20-4, Sports Bar & Grill toppled Reid & Associates 22-5, and Cox Automotive ripped up Bill Black/Carolina Farm Credit 19-4.

     Tommy Pennell (HR) had four hits for Carver Softball, Derrick Channey, Tim McDonald, and James Pennell had three while J.T. Walker, Josh Balough (HR), Ritchie Wright (HR), and Brett Rakestraw had two apiece.

     Lee Cobb (2 HR) had four hits for D&D, Christian Inman and David Inman had three each and Buster Land (HR), Daniel Inman, and Alan Dick had two apiece.

     Diamond Graphix led 15-2 after two innings.

     Tim Jacobs (3 HR) and Brian Holt had four hits for Diamond and Aaron Klipstine (HR) had three. Adding two each were Chris Lee, Noel Brooks, Dinky Robertson, Daniel Bates (HR), and Billy Apple.

     Ricky Shaps (HR) and Tim Gibson (HR) had three hits each for Appliance Specialists and Harry Willard (2 HR) had two. Brad Puckett also homered.

Loye’s Grading 20

     Earl Roberts, Jack Denny, and T.J. Ashburn had three hits for Loye’s and Josh Pruitt, Chris French, and Alex McCollum had two apiece.

     Seven players had one hit each for Piedmont.

     Mike Martin (2 HR) had four hits for Sports Bar & Grill while Blake Willard, Keith Gammon, Taylor Jacobs (2 HR), Jeff Crisp, and Jason Fisher had two each. Jeff Walker added a home run.

     Vincent Dinkley and Phil Moore had two hits each for Reid. Rikus Stewart homered.

     Lee Johnson had four hits for Cox, Bobby Hyler, John Aswell, and Jon Estes had three while Chris Lynn, Jon Cheek, Paul Setliff, and Mike Adkins had two apiece.
